Clean rooms and great location. Breakfast was consistently out of yogurt and fruit. Staff was friendly but breakfast area felt crowded. Nice kitchenette setup in the room.

The staff were friendly and always helpful, from check-in to breakfast. The kitchenette was great for making meals and the location was perfect for walking to attractions.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience.

Location is a strong point. Just ten minutes from the subway and The Magnificent Mile. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering comfort. The kitchenette is a functional bonus. the breakfast setup fails. Staff interactions lack warmth, often seeming dismissive. Critical information about cleaning policies was not communicated at check-in, which is frustrating. On a more serious note, parking miscommunication led to a towing incident with substantial charges. Cleanliness issues, including mould found under the bed and faulty amenities, diminished the experience. There's potential here, but serious improvements are needed.

The room was spacious and beautifully equipped. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I appreciated the kitchenette; however, it lacked a hot plate and basic cooking items weren't fully stocked. The fridge and microwave were convenient for leftovers or delivery. Noise levels were acceptable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a cozy atmosphere. While breakfast had good options, the setup led to long waits. the room met most of our needs but could use some improvements in kitchen supplies and breakfast organization.

The location is perfect for exploring all the hot spots! My room was spacious, super comfy, and offered a stunning city view. The staff were so friendly and made me feel right at home!

I loved my stay here because it’s just a few blocks away from the Magnificent Mile, making it super easy to explore famous spots like the Chicago Theatre and Millennium Park, all walkable within around 30 minutes, not to mention tons of bars and restaurants nearby like the Hard Rock Cafe and Giordano's also just a short stroll away;

The breakfast had barely any food, and the staff was outright rude. I felt disrespected after spending so much. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and getting help was impossible. Definitely not worth the money!

Great location with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants, giving a nice neighborhood vibe. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was a lifesaver. Breakfast options were plentiful, though it became a chaotic scene with long lines. Found some leftover candles under the bed—definitely a cleanliness oversight. Paid for a city view but ended up staring at a wall; that was frustrating. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the manager. Just a few bumps in the road, but I’d consider returning if those issues were addressed.

At the Spin2 Cycle facility, I managed to get a quick workout in while throwing in a load of laundry. It was incredibly convenient and efficient, allowing me to make the most of my time on vacation.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from more kid-friendly breakfast options.

I had a blast playing with the fax machine and ATM in the lobby. The late check-out was a lifesaver after my late-night shopping spree on Michigan Avenue.
I just loved hunting for a clean spoon during breakfast. So exhilarating!

The hotel was squeaky clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. Its prime location made it super easy to explore the city, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. I also appreciated the proximity to a cozy restaurant with outdoor seating, a convenience store, and a dispensary nearby.
The room had a persistent musty smell that not even the staff's efforts could fully eliminate. The sofa bed was too cramped for two teens, leading to a restless night's sleep.

We hit up Navy Pier and the museums then crushed some gym time while doing laundry at the Spin2 Cycle. Super convenient for teens on the go! Keeping fresh and staying active - all in one spot. No time wasted, all the vibes!
Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for young night owls. A rooftop lounge or game room would've been epic for us party crew.

Had a great Xmas stay! Rooms spacious with ample storage. Perfectly situated near key attractions, making exploring a breeze. Friendly staff ensured a clean environment, with a decent price point for the area. Great breakfast options to kickstart the day - waffles, yogurt, and more. Staff went beyond to assist with lost items, like Hunter who was amazing!
Room cleaning required advance request, a bit inconvenient. Limited breakfast items, leading to shortages and cramped dining area.

The heating and air conditioning were both efficient and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the coffee facilities in the room, perfect for starting the day off right. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that there was no terrace or garden furniture to enjoy the outdoor space. the room lacked a trouser press, which would have been helpful for keeping our clothes looking neat. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, adding an extra level of comfort to our stay. we did notice that the room did not come equipped with an AM/FM alarm clock, which would have been useful for keeping track of time during our trip. the flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment options for relaxing in the evenings. We did not opt for room service, but the availability of this amenity was convenient. In terms of services, we found the laundry facilities to be useful, but there were no visible dry cleaning or shops/commercial services on-site, which may be a consideration. We were not offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which would have been a nice gesture to start off our stay on a pleasant note.

Our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right from the start. The room itself was like a cozy apartment, complete with a kitchenette and all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

the outdoor fireplace on 2nd level above street was a nice touch, especially for a december evening. the location was perfect for getting around, with the loop, riverwalk, michigan avenue, and gold coast all easily accessible.

The kitchenette was really helpful for storing and reheating food, the bed was super comfy, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. The location had a neighborhood feel, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gym and laundry facilities were also added benefits. The hotel was ideal for walking or taking public transportation, and the free breakfast had a reasonable choice of foods. Despite the busy breakfast area, we always found a seat and enjoyed the range of foods available. The suites were clean, modern, and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel.
